Continuous glucose monitoring provider. Receives procedure-based ServiceRequests, auto-starts a background glucose stream on acknowledgement, and delivers continuous observation batches to gateway.pdhc until manually stopped.

Patient questionnaire assignment service. Receives FHIR ServiceRequests from request.pdhc via signed webhook, creates one assignment per Questionnaire, and dispatches completed FHIR QuestionnaireResponses back to gateway.pdhc.
